Refund policy

At Maine Tees, we value our customers more than anything. However, we are a small business who creates our items on a print-to-order basis. This means that we will gladly replace any items that have defects in material or printing, but we cannot accept "change of mind", "mis-sized" or "mis-order" returns . We are generally unable to resell items that have been printed in a specific size or design since our items are shipped directly from our printers. This results in a loss for our company which we can't afford. As such, all items in our store are considered final sale items.

If you find a defect in any item you purchase, please photograph the defects and email us a description of the issue with the photos and your order number within 14 days so that we can process a replacement for you from our print suppliers.
